What is your business new year resolution for 2019?  Lang Specialty Trailers resolution is to work on making our plant run more efficiently so we can better serve our customers with quicker turnaround times from when a restroom trailer is purchased to when it is delivered.  To do this we have expanded the size of our facility by an additional 7,500 sq’, upgraded our tooling, starting stocking larger quantities of raw materials, and hired an additional six full time employees.  To further our capacity even more we are working towards adding a second shift that should allow us to double our productivity.
 

Though the efficiency and capacity of our restroom trailer production has only recently became a focus of Lang Specialty Trailers we have been focused on creating restroom and shower trailers that will increase restroom trailers operator’s productivity since our inception.  We know what features a restroom trailer needs to have to make it efficient for the restroom trailer operator because we were in the restroom trailer rental business for over a decade.  As operators it was important to us that our restroom trailers were able to be set up, pumped, and cleaned quickly so the trailer could be used at multiple events in a weekend.

What features make our PRO series line of restroom trailers so efficient?
 

- The gel coated composite interior / exterior walls, subfloor, and roof. This material is not only extremely durable, but it is easy to clean.  The gel coat is a smooth slick surface that repels dirt so it can be cleaned quickly with a spray bottle of household cleaner and a rag.  It also makes graffiti removal simple.
 

- Self-leveling slide out stairs with landing.  These stairs are great because they are stored on a sliding track under the trailer that allows them to be quickly deployed during set up, simply slide them out and lock them in place.  The stair design is also self-leveling which makes is a huge time saver and also allows you to set up the trailer in some spots that a more traditional stair system would not work in.  Lastly the stair system requires no tools to set up.
 

- Fold out handrails. The handrails are built on a swivel bracket that allows them to be stored on the side of the trailer and then setup in a matter of seconds by simply swiveling the handrail out and locking it in place using the hand screw.
 

- Oversized mechanical room.  The mechanical room has a full-size door on it that makes access to the mechanical room comfortable and makes it easy to perform any tasks needed.
 

- Spray bar clean out.  All of the PRO series restroom trailers are equipped with a spray bar clean out that can be used utilizing excess water in your fresh water tank or by running a hose into the fresh water supply.  This feature is used while you are pumping your trailer, simply tilt your trailer forward, begin pumping, and open the valve to the spray bar.  As you are pumping the trailer an evenly distributed flow of water will help push any left behind waste to the front of the waste tank where it will be pumped out.
