How To Maintain Our Trailers

Caring for the Interior

It is important to check the recommended use of any cleaning product before using it on your restroom trailer. Never use a pressure washer or hose on the interior of your trailer as they may cause damage.

  1. Begin cleaning the interior of your restroom trailer from the ceiling down using a multipurpose cleaner in spray bottle and rag (follow the multipurpose cleaner’s recommendations for concentration levels and surfaces to be used on).
    1. Spray the ceiling, walls, and partitions one at a time with a mist of multipurpose cleaner and then wipe them down with the clean rag.
  2. Clean the vanities (counter tops, mirrors, sinks, and facets) using Windex or like product in a spray bottle and a clean rag.
  3. Clean toilets and urinals using a toilet wand with cleaning pads to clean the interior of the bowls of all toilets and urinals.
    1. DO NOT FLUSH TOILET BOWL CLEANING WAND PAD DOWN THE TOILET THROW AWAY IN A TRASH BAG.
  4. Use a disinfectant spray and a rag to clean the toilet seats, and the outside of the toilet bowls and urinals.  Make sure to clean both the top and bottom of the seat.
  5. Clean the floors by sweeping them clean of any large debris using a soft bristle brush then use a Swiffer wet jet to clean any leftover dust or dirt.
